[EGS] Stuck on loading screen, base defense

After update Orryx - v1.10, I had 2 hours till base defense, when the time passed they attacked me, I pressed to enter the mission and got stuck on loading screen. Nothing helps but altF4, or I have to abandon the base and let them damage it... I waited 10 min on loading...

Hi, one of my bases is being attacked an the mission can't be loaded. It stops at about 20 %. So the game is not longer playable. That sucks.

Problem with base missions not loading: Should be affecting only EGS (Epic Games Store) version. If you have that problem on other Store you should be able to fix it by verifying your game installation (this is how you do it on Steam: Go into Library>right click on Phoenix Point>Properties>Local Files>Verify integrity of game files.
on EGS the base file is missing so the missions cannot be loaded. That means you cannot play base defense or base infested missions on EGS right now. We are going to fix it as soon as possible.
Possible workaround:  You can skip base defense missions by pressing cancel when the mission appears- see screenshot. This way your facilities will be damaged so I recommend demolishing them before the attack to get some resources.  Sorry for the inconvenience

@Vit Barta: Well, this happend after the update, I had few base defenses before that, 2 on the same base, all fine. I didn't build anything, base is in same condition.
