Instead of a +10 dmg per projectile, it seems to be multiplied plus you can also stack

Marked for Death change.
Mark an enemy target. Increases damage suffered by the target from each hit after armor until the end of the turn by 50%. Only 1 instance of Mark of Death is allowed per enemy unit.

The functionality of the skill was changed in 1.9 Polaris, but the in-game description was not updated. We will update the description.
The proper description is: Mark an enemy target. Increases damage suffered by the target from each hit after armor until the end of the turn by 50%.
Edit: We will also make it non stackable.

@Vit Barta: Non stack-ability is the key. Just stacked 6 MOD on Scylla, took 3 hits. This makes game too easy :)

returning bug that was removed and now alive like zombie. should be 1 mod per 1 target max
Sylvain Paquette
I'd have to disagree on this.
IF they considered nerfing other skills like "Rage Burst" many times that basicly changed some fundamental gameplay ruleset... the newest 10+ scaling upon stack to those multiple markers, is
poetic justice
that gave us back a similar major combat edge. The idea is that various tactical impacts would always stir controversial systems which depends on anyone's opinion that define
what
should or not be adjusted for proper balance. To me -- what matters is that we should always get a strict design where gameplay features are fine-tuned to some rational limits.Otherwise, where's the real fun in "combat" events that reach impossible odds ---against--- PX & gives Pandorans/AI a nearly cheaty status.

@Sylvain Paquette: I'm not arguing for or against Mark for Death but simply pointing out that the current description doesn't match current implementation. You seem to have missed the point of my post.
Sylvain Paquette
@Ziel: Sorry then.. it's just that i took the opportunity to declare my own stance on such issues with twisted ruleset design decisions by Snapshot staff -- since we all must accept or consider "buggy" if not outright unfair for a few people.

@Sylvain Paquette: all good - that's another layer to look at indeed

The bug is in the description, they changed the way the skill works but not the description.
